Goals as an English teacher:
My goals in teaching English are to help, guide, and encourage students to study and practice the language. I want to let them know how important the language is and how it will help them communicate with people around the world. Teaching is a two-way process, so I teach they learn and at the same time I also learn something from my students. I want also to emphasize that students need to improve as an English learner as well, exert more effort and not solely depend on their teachers. I want my students to talk more in class, in that way they can practice more with their speaking skills so that they will gain more confidence in communicating with foreigners.
英語講師としての目標:
英語を教える中での私の目標は、生徒を励まし、生徒が英語について学び、英語の特訓をする手助けをする事です。生徒には、世界の人々とコミュニケーションをする上で、英語がいかに重要かを理解して頂き、その手助けをしていきたいです。学ぶという事は決して一方通行ではないので、私も常に生徒から何かを学びたいと思っています。また私が重要だと思うことは、努力を惜しまず、単に講師に任せきりになるのではなく、生徒が一人の英語学習者として成長することです。生徒には私のレッスンでは積極に話して欲しいです。そうすることにより、スピーキング力をより高められ、同時に外国の方とコミュニケーションをする際の自信を付けられると思います。
